How it Happens

Your entertainers will arrive around 15 minutes before the party begins, giving them time to coordinate, set up and ensure everything is ready before the children arrive.

The Complete Party Package runs for 90 minutes for up to 12 children. For larger groups, additional time is added to ensure every child can fully take part. As a guide, we allow 2 hours for up to 18 children, 2.5 hours for up to 24 children, and an extra 30 minutes for each additional group of six children.

The party begins with 45 minutes of balloon art and face painting running simultaneously, followed by 45 minutes of active party games to keep the energy high and the fun flowing.

We recommend the Complete Party Package for children aged 5 and over, as some of the games may be challenging for younger children.

Games Program: Our Complete party includes all the classic kids’ games — musical statues, limbo, pass-the-parcel, parachute games, red light/green light, tug of war, sack races, egg and spoon relay and tail tag. On the day, your entertainers will pick the right mix based on the age group and the space available.
